Bridgng WP - Some Interesting queries

Hello All,

Following are some facts about myself:=-

I have WP and waiting for Visa to be stamped.
I have also applied for PR and responded to Medical request already.
My wife is a student and pursuing course for next 2 years which started in Sep 2015.

Following are some queries:-
If for some reason, my company ask me to go back, what is the best option to continue my stay in Canada?
Would Bridging WP would help?
After filling for BWP, Can I continue to stay?
Any best option for me?
What is the link for BWP I can use to download forms and more information?

Please help in getting answer to my queries?

Your company cannot ask you to go back, just terminate your contract or a temporary lay off

BOWP helps definitely, allowing you to work in Canada.

To apply for BOWP your have to be in Canada, current WP be valid for les than 4 months, and have PR eligibility passed (old CEC applicants with AOR looks like is enough)

After apply for BOWP you're in implied status allowed to stay in Canada as same conditions your previous/valid WP

BOWP application online is slow but easier (in my opinion ), Google for "my CIC" or come to Canada wizard.

BOWP paper based application Google CIC Bidding Open Work Permit.

I did some R&D and I can apply for open WP and after applying I can continue to stay.
