Hi All,

I am in Canada on PGWP and have recently applied for my PR. Also, I got married. Now I want to apply for the Work Permit for my spouse to get her to Canada. But at the same time I am applying for the bridging work permit.

What is the best way to apply to be able to get my spouse to be able to move to Canada as dependent.

Assuming that you have paid the fees for PR and you have the AOR, you can apply for BOWP. The rule says that if you get BOWP more than six month then you can apply for your spouse work permit based on your BOWP. Read C41 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/opinion/policy.asp

Did you get married before applying or after applying? You need to show marriage certificate for BOWP.
