Hi Everyone
Could someone please tell me why the concept of "Bridging Visa" does not exist or il seldomly heard of under canadian immigration?
I ask because here in Australia bridging visas are very common especially for international students who have just completed their studies
or people on working holiday visas who have just completed their two years and have put in an application for permanent residency.
The purpose of the bridging visa is to allow the applicant to remain in the country until a decision has been made on their PR application
Could someone please shed some light on this issue?
