I have received request for medical for my PR application on May 7 2014 which was applied after PNP approval. During same week of medical request I send online application for Open Work Permit as my closed work permit will expire on Sept 14,2014 and I have got some good job offers. My OWP application was approved on May 5th 2014 and same day I checked with CIC call center to confirm that approval is for OWP. So I quit my previous employer and was ready to join new work. But today I received hard copy of OWP which is actually closed work permit with same old employer and valid until May 5 2016. I didn't attached any LMO or didn't mention any intended work in Canada. Now what is the procedure to re apply for OWP or BOWP ? Please help me.
