Bridging open work permit refused !!!

They extended my work permit for one more year . From Nov 16- Nov 17.

However , my current Work permit is valid till 15 Jan 2017. I applied in Nov 16 since I didn't want to wait until last moment. So practically, I got 10 months extension.
