Hi, I applied for BOWP on 19th Nov 2020 while waiting for my PR. I got my PR on 15th Jan 2021, and then my BOWP fee was refunded fully on 29th Jan 2021. I didn't pay much attention then because I got my PR. Now when I applying my citizenship. They are asking if I extended my work permit and was it approved or refused. I have no clue what to mention. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

When you applied did you receive a letter like this? Yes/ No

This confirms that your application has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on Date you applied (yyyy/mm/dd).

Please attach this letter to your present work permit Number xxxxx as proof that you are authorized to continue working with the same conditions (ie: employer and occupation) until Date or until a decision is made on your application, whichever is first. This extended period of work is authorized as per subsection 186(u) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. If you leave Canada before a decision is made on your application, you will no longer be authorized to continue working.

If yes please list the the date. Also under your account of IRCC you can check if it was approved or not if it says canceled probably the did not approve it because your PR was already approved.
