Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) Update - Initial AOR can now be used

Folks,

Question for those who applied online just recently:

I'm filling the application online but the set of the documents is quite simple:
IMM5710 form, IMM5713 (use of representative) form, Proof of Medical exam, Marriage Certificate, Passport and Digital photo and additional docs for my family members.

They do not ask to upload AOR or the PR application number anywhere, except UCI number.

I am not sure if I'm doing a right thing.

Hi - There is no specific option to upload details related to PR application while applying for BOWP. You can upload PR details (including AOR) in LOE section with the letter explaining the same.

@Elitelove87 are you sure I can use the same one, because the PR medical Exam contains line called "Upfront medical exam type : PR" !! also it contains the express entry number.

Regarding my question before regarding the medical exam,

in the application BOWP, there is a required document "Proof of medical exam", I already did that exam a month ago before apply for PR, do I need to do that exam again? or send the same proof paper?

To confirm, I asked the doctor and he said that I can use the same exam result to apply for my work permit since CIC only look at the UMI # which is in the header or the result.

I thought this info may help anyone. good luck all.

Hi guys,
Does this still hold valid? I'm trying to get info on this whole AOR thing but a lot of people are saying you have to wait for the AOR that comes months after your PR application...please advise
