In my case if you want to know they requested my husband's (dependent) RCMP, we didn't sent them upfront, we sent it about a week after the request and it still took 90 days for the approval of the BOWP, my timeline is in a previous post.

Can i ask how long after you submitted the RCMP did you receive the BOWP approval?

We submitted the RCMP on August 9 and got the approval letter on August 18

Thank you! My partner (also the dependant) only got asked for the RCMP 2 weeks ago. We submitted the results as soon as they arrived on August 29. Hopefully not too much longer... we are at 105 days now

What's the status of your additional documents? If it's already 'being reviewed' then I'm sure is going fine, give it a couple of weeks. In our case I received the notification email about a message in my account on Saturday August 19 at 10pm! It was weird but the letter was dated August 18

The additional documents are being reviewed so hopefully that's a good sign! The emails are always strange, I find that I get them about 12-24 hours after the update has been made so I just keep logging in to find out if there are any changes.

That's a good sign for sure!
I also log in everyday at least 3 times a day but that Friday I didn't see any updates (don't remember what time I last logged in that day). Then on Saturday morning I got an update notification and at night the message notification email

I have applied for BOWP and will have to leave Canada in mid October but my ICT work permit is valid until mid Nov. So will this have any impact on my BOWP application

As far as I know, if you applied for BOWP, you can remain to stay in Canada. However, if you leave Canada, you need to have a valid visa to return (if you are visa-required country passport holder). Visa to enter is different thing. If you don't have a valid visa, you cannot enter even if you have a valid work permit. However, please read and check the rules on their website.

Hi,
I am Dec 2016 PNP paper based applicant. My work permit is going to expire on Oct 2017. I applied BOWP on June 10 and I waited till august 31 no confirmation and called CIC they told me my R10 completeness check is "on hold"

I forget to attach EMAIL AOR which I got it on March 04, 2017. But recently I attached it with IRCC webform and the notified to Cic customer care and he made a note in my application so that he mentioned VO will look it later.

Got AOR on march 04 and RRPF on April 5th 2017 and paid the fee on the same day, why my R10 is not passed till now. After getting AOR it completed more than 6 months till now why it is in hold.

Does VO reviewed my application and I didn't attached AOR that is the reason my R10 completeness check is on hold or the reason with my PR application.

Yes you can apply. You'll have to attach your marriage certificate, your work permit and other documents, like copy passport, letter of employment and paystubs. She'll have to have medical exams done too.

After a long 120 days, I finally have my BOWP. Time line as follows....

PR AOR - May 16
BOWP AOR - May 18
BOWP went on hold (status blank) - July 25
PR background check in progress & medicals passed - July 28
RCMP request (spouse only) - August 16
Uploaded results of police clearance - August 29
BOWP approved - September 8
Arrived in the mail - September 15
