Hello! Me and my family applied for visitor record on January 30th because my PGWP were expiring on February 8th (so we will not lose status and still be eligible to stay in Canada). Our visitor record is still in progress, so we are still on implied status.

On February 14th, we received our ITA for PR. And on March 1st, we lodged our PR application thus, receiving our AOR.

My question is, does me and my husband still eligible to apply for BOWP? If yes, can someone help me on how I can apply online?

No, not eligible for a BOWP. Your work permits expired Feb 8th and you don't qualify for BOWPs as visitors.
