can you please let me know what documents i need for BOWP, considering i have submitted EE file under CEC and my WP is going to expire in 3 months?

Do i need anything from my employer?
 
Hi all,
I would like to ask if I can use the upfront medical exam which I used to apply e-APR , to apply BOWP? Or I will need to take another exam for BOWP application?

I don't think so? I submitted the same medical examination I did for PR.
 
quick question, regarding section 3 question, which options should i choose if i planning to apply for Open WP? Currently i'm holding Closed WP which attach to employer. Thanks in advance

3) I am applying for one or more of the following
a) Apply for a work permit with the same employer
b) Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
c) Restore my status as a worker
d)Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)
