I applied BOWP on October 2018. After that, I read online, people said for BOWP have to attach the PNP letter, and a explanation letter to say why you need to apply BOWP. I did neither of them. As when I applied it, it didn’t ask me to upload these paper, but I submitted successfully.

Anyone knows will the CiC als me to makeup these paper or they won’t do anything and I will be refused directly?

So confusing, tried to call them, cannot get in.

when you read the instructions before applying on the CIC website they mention that it's mandatory to attach the PNP letter. You can try to send an inquiry submitting the letter, they might accept. My husband have applied to BOWP Sep 14, still waiting for a reply.

So I applied BOWP on October 1, 2018, and work permit expires on November 14,2018.

Was wondering to apply second time with a expansion letter before 14th.

As it takes 66 days to get approved, if the first application gets rejected, am I still legal to work? Because I applied second time and hold a implied status.
