Bridge open work permit

Dear Sir,

I have to apply for Bridge open work permit. . AINP shows no restriction on employment and worker - without job offer.
Document check list for BOPW show to submit.
1. Offer of employment.
2. Proof that you meet the requirement of the job been offered.

Do I need to get Job offer and item 2 before applying BOWP?

Please advise.

No need of job offer if you have AOR and letter of nomination . you will recieve open Work permit .
But if you dont have AOR than you need to get offer letter and your employer signed form and employer fee plus a letter attached from that AINP send but in this case you will close work permit.

I have submitted an online application for Canadian Permanent Residency through Express Entry profile in Provincial Nominee Program stream on April 2018.

Currently, I am on Open work Permit and work in Canada. My current work permit is valid up to January 2019. I wish to apply for a bridging open work permit to cover the probable gap that might arise between January up to the final decision on my PR application in case my PR application is decided after January.

I have my BC provincial nomination letter which does not have employment restriction and my PR acknowledgment of receipt letter (AOR) as support document for my bridging open work permit application.

Do you think If I need BC PNP work permit support letter as well for bridge open work permit application? I think I don't need it since according to BC PNP this letter is for a closed work permit.

I'm wondering if you could comment on this post.

Just double checking: when applying for an Open Work Permit, as long as you have the AOR and Letter of Nomination (in my case, it’s expired), you don’t need to submit any “Letter of Employment” or “Job Offer”, correct?
