Brexit is not going to suddenly affect everything in the world. There are still 27 nations in the EU that allow freedom of movement. It does not follow that they will suddenly want to go to Canada just because Britain has chosen to leave.

Yeah that's a bit of an overreaction. If they chose to do it (referendum has no legal bearing), it'll be years and years before and they are actually out. The EU is the slowest bureaucracy in the history of humanity.

How can you be so sure that Donald Trump running for presidency triggered this effect on CRS jump? Do you have any statistics that prove that the applications from US residents have increased?

Sorry man! Didn't read the last line. My bad! By the way, it may be useful to know whether those numbers actually increased. I have a feeling that they did. But, its all speculation. Only the CIC report can confirm this. Brexit is a different ball game altogether. Nobody is talking about invoking the "Section 50" right now. In any case, UK job market has never been very fruitful for Europeans or Asians. Brits themselves are looking for better opportunities in UAE, Singapore etc.
