I have applied for for HSMP in Feb, 2008, could you please tell me that they are going to return my application or still working on it and it is still in process, Before i read that they are going to refund. please help me

only way is to see in caips notes abt seldec if seldec =1 or seldec =4 than u r ok

i am sorry i am new in this forum and i really don't know that what is caips and seldec and what does it means that seldec=1 and seldec = 4, i am worried about my case , i waited for so long time but i still do not know that my case is process or stop.

Msaleem,I do not agree that Seldec is what takes your application to the next level but PSDEC.It is clearly stated that if your application have been assessed against the point grid and have been requested for update and awaiting decision then your application will be processed and completed.I would recommend you go back and read and avoid misleading information.

I am agree with you, please read what my lawyers in Canada wrote to me last week :

Please note that your CAIPS notes do not contain the SELDEC you are referring to. However, please find attached a page from your CAIPS notes which states that you do have the required points to qualify. In addition, please note that no applicant is required to undergo Medical examinations and criminal checks unless they have been previously assessed and passed the eligibility criteria. The fact that your medicals were issued in 2011 proves that a positive assessment on your file had already been made previously. Your assessment was therefore made previous to March 29th, 2012.

I am also new to this froum
This information indicate in ur capis
You can order capis and u can see what is going on ur file
Basically if u see this two code in ur capis ( psdec=1 , seldec=4)
You are safe and ur file will proceed

Hi, i applied for FSW immigration in January , 2008 and when i check my online status they just mention there that "We started processing your application on January 10, 2008" My question is that my case is really still in process or they are going to refund me.
