It does because without the decimals I don't have enough hours... Should I decline my ITA and wait for today's?

In retrospect, 1560 hours is one of the MEC. In eexpress entry, I put decimal hours and got accepted into EE. Without the decimal part I dont have the MEC for experience. Therefore I believe it is reasonable to assume that if the system allows it, so would the visa officer. Partial hours of experience still are experience accumulated. One full hour of work exp is still a portion of an hour so the same should apply for minutes. Anyone would like to weigh in?

While logically you are right, i would advise you against it when it comes to immigration related process & visa officers. Yes, visa officers are a different class of species, where you never know what they would consider and what they wouldn't. Their minds work in weird ways known to mankind.

Hence i would still advice you to wait for another round or two of draw before you accept/activate your EE profile so that you are safe and can sleep peacefully at night.

The long term cost (and wastage of time) of file rejection is much better than one month wait for the next draw.

Anyway that's my opinion, you have to take the final call.

Hello. I hope someone can help. I declined my ITA due To thé issues short my experience hours. I am creating a new EE profile. The question "has xxx applied to IRCC before" what should my answer be? I did not submit an application for pr but I did for EE.
