Hi! I found Brandon University in Manitoba State to be the least expensive of all Universities in Canada!

It does have the Programe I'm interested in applying for!

Need to know if this Place is worth moving to as an International Student applying directly.

Answer in regards to;
Recognition of the institute across Nation,
Quality of Life on Campus and around City,
Availability of Part-time Jobs,
Degree of Welcomingness* and Saturation in Community,
Potential for Full-time Jobs after Study.

Being a Pakistani Prospective Undergrad Student, I would love to listen more from Paki/Indian Undergrad Students at BU or Around somewhere Near.

Haha! BrandonU isn't the cheapest, MUN has the cheapest tuition. I have heard that Brandon university's campus is too small. It would be better if u apply to memorial university rather than BU. Brandon gets too cold in the winter like any city in manitobs gets. Whereas in St johns temperature doesn't go below -10. MUN also holds a good reputation and have wide range of programs to choose from . Decide wisely

See man ! For mun , I'm gonna answer.
1) its degree is equivalent to any Canadian top tier university's degree.
2) the city of St johns is pretty n people around are highly friendly.
3) highly diverse too. U will find many Pakistani there
4) part time jobs are bit tough to find

There are many other universities too. UNB, URegina, acadia, upei ,Lakehead, Uwinnipeg but the fees is high for them. Acadia, upei n unb have a bit lesser fee though. Now going for a diploma or bachelors is ur choice. U know the pros n cons of diploma n bachelors. Just take ur decision wisely. Also the tuition that colleges charge for diploma are on par or more that what some universities charge (MUN, BrandonU, Acadia, upei etc). All the best man . Even I had to choose from these universities for my bachelors . Though i could have admitted into UBC, UofT, McGill based on my high grades, I chose MUN all over them. Just because of its affordability, excellent faculty, course structure, co-op opportunities and reputation. Do surf the web properly and note down about ur interested universities and then apply to two or three and choose the best one .Cheers

St.Johns seems more like a remote Island :p though I loved the Uni(specially the Sports Complex) when I researched about it(a while ago)
