Hello just a quick question.

Do we need our nomination certificate VALID when we apply for BOWP? My PGWP will expire next year, and I have submitted my Non-EE PR application already. The expiration of my nomination certificate will be around the same that I will receive my AOR (given the waiting times today). I'm just curious because by the time I need to apply for BOWP (if I don't get my eCOPR before my work permit expires), my nomination will be expired already.

Your nomination certificate must be valid when you apply for the BOWP. If it expires before you submit your application, you may not be eligible for the BOWP.
