Hi, one of my friend’s workpermit recently got expired and currently he is staying in canada as visitor. He applied for Permanent Residency after getting ITA. Is is eligible for BOWP ?

Read up on BOWP requirements to see if eligible. Depends when work permit expired, whether got AOR and if through a PNP program.

Hishis work permit expired last december. Applied for extension but got refused. Then applied for visitor and got it. Yes he got his AOR
