I am on PGWP and my spouse on SOWP. Both permits expiring soon. I have applied for EE with spouse accompanying recently and got the AOR. My question is if only the primary applicant can apply for BOWP or the secondary applicant (accompanied spouse) is also eligible to apply for BOWP? Also, is AOR alone enough to apply for BOWP or do i need to wait for any other docs from IRCC?
