May I ask you a question?
I have to apply for a BOWP and I don't know where to apply, if I have to make a new account or I can use the same account that is being used for the PR application?

Please, any advice will be welcome.

you can make a new one or use ur old account i think..or better yet make a new one..mine before is new.
