i have an application for PR under processing. my work permit expires in a month. Am i eligible to get a open work permit at this short notice. can i remain my work, when my application for PR and work permit are processing.

i applied under caring for people with high medical needs and the application is under processing from 5 months

No options applied to me. If I choose "None of Above". It prompts me that I cannot apply.

i dont know if you been through. if you have an application for pr
you definitely can apply for bowp. i dont know if it helps you.

More information is needed. Generally speaking, you need to be holding a valid work permit to apply for a BOWP.
