Hi All,

I am on Post study open work permit, I applied for PR last year and waiting for my medicals. My work permit is expiring in 4 months. My question is am I eligible to apply for BOWP because when I'm trying to apply online its asking for LMIA. as i'm on open work permit i dont have any LMIA. Can u guys please help me and let me know weather am I eligible or not.

After the questionnaire, look all the way below(3rd option) where it says you are eligible to extend and 'open work permit'. Dont click the first link that says you are eligible to extend your 'work permit'.

Thank you very much it worked , I need to fill application and submit .i will update once I complete everything.thanks again
