A quick question
If my work visa still has one more year on it , but i will start working for another employer before it is expired and before i get my permenant residency? Do i need to apply for BOWP?

It depends. Is your current work permit open or closed? If it's open, I'd suggest switching employers on your current permit and then apply for BOWP later on if needed.

I have the same situation. I have bounded work permit, which is 2 years valid. but after I get my AOR I prefer to apply for BOWP so I can do at least legal part time job. HELP?

Mine is bounded work permit.. I will have to start a new job 7/2014 and i applied in may 2013, so i think i will wait till begining of next year and if things are not clear with permenant residenecy i will apply to BOWP.. But if i find a part time job to get some money, i will apply for an earlier BOWP..
