Would like to know the application form that I should use for my spouse (currently she is on open work permit) and how much is the fees?
How about my child, she is 3 year old (Currently having a Temporary Resident Visa), which form i should use for her and the fees as well?

Spouse and you need to have 2 seperate application and the form is same..search in cic for bowp and you will have guidelines to apply..i have no idea how it goes for the child buddy..sorry for that..i applied following the instruction here in thread and from the cic website.. best of luck.
