BOWP With Wife

Hello Everyone,
I am applying BOWP with my wife as our both work permit is getting expired on 17/10/2020.
so my question are as follows.
1. I am applying for one or more of the following
A. applying for work permit with same employer B. Apply for work permit first time or with new employer
Which one to choose in this option

2. Original purpose of coming to canada?
Me and wife both came as student and then applied for post graduation work permit. Please advise.

3. Where To Submit AOR? with previous open work permit.

I have one more question
I got my new passport and its been issued in Toronto but the questionnaire its asking the country code which matches your passport so in that i have selected India.
so when I submit my IMM510E form it does not get uploaded.
Do you have any idea regarding it .
