BOWP & TRV- Lay off

Hi Every one.
Can you please take time and suggest me, how to proceed and file the application.

Applied under CEC in FEB 2014, got AOR in March 2014, Added Spouse to File in June 2014. and Medicals Done in Sep 2014( both PA and Spouse )
Submitted Request Documents ( Spouse and Updated Schedule Forms ) July 2014.
Applied for BOWP and Trv for my self in OCT 2014 and got approved until OCT 2015
Applied TRV for spouse and got approved in Feb 2015.

Company Lay off in Dec 2014.
Fly to Home country and back to Canada in May 2015 with Spouse.
Cic Requested Reassessment of Medicals for Spouse ( Although already done in Home Country) in May 2015

Currently Looking for Job.

As my Workpermit is about to expire in 4 months.
1. What are the chances of getting extension again?
2. Will they approve Work permit as I am currently Unemployed?
3. Can we submit two applications- PA Bowp and Spouse Open WP for Spouse.
4. While filling the forms in IMM5710 What should I write in Current employment status, Current employment address and dates?

I appreciate your time for all the inputs and advises for the above questions?

Answer 1: You are good for BOWP as it has three conditions (1) Your PR application should have passed initial stage ie. getting AOR (2) expiry of work permit should be less than 120 days (3) U should b in Canada
U met all 3 conditions so u r good for BOWP.

(2) BOWP has no relation with current employment, they don't ask for it.

(3) Yes you can submit both same time, I did same way.

(4) U have to leave point 2 to point 6 blank in that section, for open work permit you don't have to mention anything.
