What happens if your work permit expires before the bowp has been approved? Can you just carry on working?

TRV was marked as approved and a passport was requested in 2 days after filing the application.

How ? In my case BOWP was approved for my wife and OWP for me.
We applied for TRV from our respective accounts and are waiting for them to ask for our passports

Correct, we applied for the TRV after we had physically received our BOWP.

Bowp approved for 1 year applied on October 28. I am an Fsw inland applicant. Hope you all get it soon too

Hi, I applied for my BOWP on Oct 29th, 2021. Today I received an email saying my work permit application has been transferred to the Canada Immigration Centre located in Edmonton for processing. Does anyone know what this means? Is this a bad sign?

My PR application is in final stage of processing, I hope I get COPR before they ask me to submit my passport.

It took 2 weeks for me to get passport request. Mailed it today, let’s see how long it takes.
