I will post here as soon as there will be any updates.
Interestingly, I was not asked to provide a Proof of Medical Exam, even though it was passed more than 12 months ago (answered on the related questions the same).

Yes I got a letter ircc calls wp-ext that has an auto-generated “expiry” date of four months after the date I applied for BOWP. But you can continue working after that date if they still haven’t given you a decision by then. The date on my letter came and went in july and I’m still workin’ and waitin’. Been on implied status for 7 months!
