BOWP suggestion

Guys need your suggestions.

As you can see timeline from my signature, my work permit is going to expire on 5th may 2016 so you guys recommend me to apply BoWp? My provincial nomination is going to expire on April 16 and this is very dicy for me. If something happened to my application then i will be screwed.

So any suggestions

You should get your PR in a month or so. My pgwp expired on Feb 12 and I applied for bowp on 08 February. You can wait till you have 2 weeks left but I'm positive you should get your PR by that time. Either case I would recommend to wait for another month. Keep the bowp application ready in the meantime.

Was thinking of waiting till 1.5 months p[ast my AOR and then applying for GCMS notes to see if my R10 is passed. Then I was going to apply for my BOWP. What do you think?

As I said in my previous post, you can wait till the last day too if you want.

I'm a prime example of this. After completing my school my Off campus work permit and study permit was set to expire on 30 April and guess when I received the final grades and graduation letter from my college? The last day ie 30 April. I sent my application same day. Went to shoppers Canada post and to my bad luck they closed 15 min early that day. Went to fedex which was open till midnight and sent my application via registered mail. It went through. So as long as you send it via registered mail before your permit expires then you're good.

In your case I would recommend wait till June 10. Send it two weeks before the expiration.

I forgot to mention. If you wait till June. IRCC is taking up to 110 days to process file. So good chances that they will open your application around August or September and by that time you will be Permanent Resident (no R10 will be needed)
