BOWP - spouse and kids - HELP!

Hello,

Applying to BOWP, what happens to spouse and kids? Do they stay in implied status as well? Or do they not can be included in the application?

You can include them in the application and apply for their TRV....I just did it for my spouse...and if you have NOC 0,A or B category job then you can also apply for your spouse's open work permit instead of TRV...

I applied for the open work permit for my spouse which got approved....
