Hey everyone..

I have filed PR adding my spouse too in my file in August 2014,n waiting for MR. and the work permit of both of us is getting expired in Feb,2015. So if things go wrong and i have to wait for longer then i will have to apply for BOWP. So my question is when should I apply for BOWP? is there any time frame that I need to apply before certain months in order to get qualify for BOWP. any due time ?? or should I apply in the same month mean february?

you can start applying within 4 months prior to your current permit expiry date. In your case, October 2015. The other rule is that you have to apply before your current permit expires.
