BOWP/ PTOT (Open Work Permits) for CSQ holders with pending PR application

Well.... the 31 fast approaches and it's radio silence about this. No new info. from MIFI. Not even a hint from IRCC. And I'm finding very little in the forums and immigration websites about this. Any news?

This one is not available for outlands. For outlands there is a new policy call pmi+ suppose to announce today.

Yeah, it is ridiculous to ask for AOR from Quebec applicants since the gap between AOR and PR is like 2 months or so

No. I've received my AOR in february. No updates after that.
