BOWP - Photo specs - Anybody used online tool?

Anybody used any online photo editor to resize / crop the photo to obtain cic required photo spec.,? Please share some details..

I used epassportphoto.com to get photo as per the specification. I went to professional photographer to take picture and then asked them to send jpg file then prepared it with help of the website, download the result and then send it to Walmart to get printed photo. One 4x6 paper there are 4 photos.

I just found out that when you are filing for your Bridging open wp and including to extend worker stay for your wife and visitors status for your son, you don't need their photo.

Am I correct?

Also do I need to fill in IMM5713 form as well?

Any free service available to make "The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm" from existing photo online or any tool that can be used to do so?
