Thanks for that info arrowberry. Did read the whole link and based on it i am qualified but i was just wasn't able attached a copy of my AOR and nomination letter. Well all i have to do i guess is wait and hope they will still consider me for BOWP and grant me one.

Need help in below scenarios.

I have applied for BOWP on 23 March 2015, there were two application one is for me and for my wife. while applying online online system took my "Open Work permit holder fees" but not prompted for my wife's "Open Work Permit Holder Fees". Now i have received "request letter" to pay fees and upload document. I did pay fees but I am not able to upload the document as there is no upload button on the page mentioned in request letter.

If someone has come across similar situation please guide me how to notify CIC that i have paid the requested fees.

call the CIC for additional info,

if you have payed the fees online then that website automatically update the fee receipt tab, if you have filled the online fees but that tab was not enable , that may be because u must have said no when system prompted for fee and you may have chose to pay in the bank or institution.

i don't know what has happened but my thoughts are that you should attached the fee receipt along with the letter they sent you and send it back to them,
