Suggest you write to them pronto as they will be able to send you a corrected one as the one you will get as it stands at present is not of any use anyway.

Email them as well as fax them if you can.

Looks like CIC is messing up the Validity date big time. One of my friends also got similar problem and he had to follow up to get it corrected. I see that someone else also faced a similar problem like yours.
Not sure but my guess is you have to wait for your hard copy to get it amended

I think the delay is common for all.

Mine is a Closed Work Permit Extension filed on March 20th 2015. I haven't heard anything yet and today is only the 55th day.

So if you go by the CIC website i need to wait until 24th or maybe 25th to hear something.

i am still waiting for my RPRF fees email and Passport request.but visa and work permit is expiring on 17 June,2015.
any suggestions for that. i was thinking to apply for extension to my work permit how to do it. please tell me something.

I have applied for BOWP in March and expecting it to by 1st-2nd week of June. My work permit expired on 27-May-2015. Do I have to stop work after WP expires? It is a problem for me because I am working with the same company since 3 years, and if I am not able to work for 1-2 weeks its a major problem for me as well for the company as there are critical projects are in progress. Is there any work around?

I did find it odd that I was approved after seeing others not being approved
There may be nothing in this but I was out of the country for a few days from the 6th to the 11th
I checked in online for my flight and gave my passport info etc.
It crossed my mind that this was somehow flagged in CIC and they checked up on my application and approved it
Probably nothing in it but was an interesting thought I had

Hi Desi, CIC did update processing time yesterday. Based on it, they are probably working on March 11 applications.
