BOWP June 2015 Applicants

I'm thinking they divide some set of application among various employees and that's why this pattern. For ex:

Employee 1 - Application from 1-5 June
Employee 2 - Application from 6-10 June
Employee 3 - Application from 11-15 June

likewise.

anything could be possible we can just guess....

processing time has been increased to 145 days .

I'm not sure it makes a different but are you waiting on a CEC PR application? The website says they are processing May 16th so curious how some June applicants got approved. I wait in hope!

Dear Friend,

I applied work permit extension through NS provincial nomination on 9th July 2015, However lack of knowledge i have not submitted LMIA Exemption form (IMM5802).
I just informed my employer about my application they are going to give in next week (they going to prepare now )
i'm working with the same employer from last 18 months
So my question is can i submit after getting the LMIA exemption form ? if yes how i can submit cause i applied in online there is no option to upload the new documents.

i called customer care they said if CIC request for new docs then only i can submit those.
and they said there is 99% chances of getting rejected if they dont request these docs.

so my question is if i get rejected can i get closed permit at border (CBSA) ? by showing all the required documents.
right now i'm in implied status once i get rejected i will go the restoration period.

please help me your time and consideration is highly appreciated.

No update as to today.

i got the first ghost email on 3rd october and then on 13th oct i got mail "there is no update in your application" this one i am getting every month.

I checked my CIC account and My BOWP is approved.SOWP is also approved.
After two ghost emails, the third one is the correct one.
Applied on 09-june-2015. Online.

Now waiting for actual permit. Does any one know how many days it will take to get the actual permit in mail.

Also if any one has applied for TRV on BOWP. Please let me know how to do that.

I checked my CIC account and My BOWP is approved.SOWP is also approved.
After two ghost emails, the third one is the correct one.
Applied on 09-june-2015. Online.

Now waiting for actual permit. Does any one know how many days it will take to get the actual permit in mail.

Also if any one has applied for TRV on BOWP. Please let me know how to do that.

You should receive the work permit in 5 business days it is dispatched from Vegreville,AB

Hi guys,
I submitted my application June 19,
got the approval today.
My wife only got approval till december 6, because her passport will expire that day :'(
now we dont know what to do about her, i hope she can reapply when she gets the new passport, do you guys know anything about this?

If you are primary applicant and your work permit is valid more, I believe she can just get spousal open work permit based on yours. Not 100% sure, but believe you can even go to the border to do that to avoid processing times. Btw, congrats! Did you guys apply online or paper? Looks that there is some movement today, immediately after elections.

got second ghost mail immedietly checked CIC and found my BOWP is approved today. applied on 16th june online.

Congrats for those who received their BOWP.

I applied BOWP and SOWP online on June 1st . Got first ghost mail on sep 1.

No update after that,its really frustrating to wait as my work permit is expiring Oct 31 and our baby is due November

we applied by paper.
I called cic today and the lady said my wife can apply for a new extension.
I already thought about going to the border and try to fix this, i thing that nothing bad can happen, we both have valid work permits, and she got new passport today, its like we are legal, at least we will come home the same way we went there.
anyone else thinks the same?
