bowp issue need help!!!

Hello Seniors

I am trying to apply for my bowp online but i am facing following issues and i need to do it ASAP so that i can get my work permit in time

1) I am on the step where you need to upload all your documents but i don't know the only option that i see is exit questionere how can i go to next option?

2) i am assuming that the travel iterney option i don't need to add any document is that ok?

For travel itinerary you DO NEED to add a document - just upload an explanation letter stating you are working in Canada and have your CEC application in process and have lived here for xxxx years and intend living here after your application is granted and if it is not then you will make arrangements to leave, etc.

thanks for your reply but i can do that but it is not even giving me an option to proceed to submitting my fees option....the only option is exit questionare? :-\

What browser do you use? I had similar issue and was able to proceed using internet explorer only.
