March 20 to April 30 ... 41 days. Assuming 1-2 weeks in mail, after notification.

How did you prepare your scanned copy of pictures? Did you go to professional Studio or did it own? Is the specification same as the specification required for Normal WP?

I am on closed work permit right now , My work permit is expiring on 26 oct 2013 . When should I apply for BOWP . Should is apply on 26 june . or wait for one week then apply.I also applied GCMS notes on june 3rd.

Hope the following clarifies

BOWP Needs no photos
BOWP applicants can automatically include their depedants for their extension as applicable to their status
BOWP is processed as case specific - so time consuming
BOWP error can be corrected by calling cic and filling out a correctin form - $30

Are you talking about online applications??

Photo is not needed if offline else digital photo is needed.
I don't think BOWP is time consuming, whoever applied I seen on forum got with in 30 to 40 days. You may be talking about offline application.
As long as we have AOR, I think it should be fine.

What kind of photo are we supposed to send?

Passport type etc?
