Hi everyone,

I have a question on behalf of my friend who's been nominated for the BCPNP. She's here with her family (husband and children). The principal applicant and her spouse's work permits are about to expire. Her question is: do they both have to apply for a BOWP? Please advise. Great thanks!

The PA can apply for the BOWP.

The spouse can apply for a spouse open work permit. Both applications can be submitted at the same time.
