BOWP for ainp application without nomination certificate

Hi Guys

Can i ask some question about BOWP , I was apply AINP employer driven stream on may 2014 and just have file number and no nomination certificate yet, My WP will expired on july 2015 and no LMIA extention cause four year regulation, the question is can I apply BOWP 4 month before my WP expired?

You can't apply for Bowp unless you receive a letter from AINP. If you have read the news last February 4 about the ainp applicants on or before July 1,2014 that they will be given a Bowp for 1year but that will only applied to those who will receive a letter from AINP office. 1,000 applicants will able to receive the go signal to apply for the Bowp without nomination certificate. it's better you look for a new LMIA.

and what should i do to get letter from AINP , should I phone them or send letter or what? , and when usually they will send that letter to the applicant cause my WP will expired on july 2015

They may just let your time run out , they don't care about your WP expired soon ~!

We are on the same boat, AINP is the worst PNP so far, and Employer-Driven Stream is worst in AINP .. :-X

By the way, how long you been here in Canada? Because what I'm talking about is for those who are under the 4year cap on April 1,2015. You better ask your employer to apply for a new LMIA for you until you receive your nomination certificate.
