Hi everybody I really need help
I applied under cec in april2014 still waiting for medical
Now I'm on study visa because my work permit expired
I applid for study visa in MAY2014 which was issued in June 2014
Now I want to change my visa to visitor as I don't have money to pay for school so I want to withdraw and apply for visitor visa. Is this possible to do so or what other way is possible
Please help me and give me proper advise

tomorrow is last day to withdraw in college with refund

I was a little confused about this, I thought I'd have to apply for BOWP when I get an AOR and then after receiving BOWP me and my common law spouse would have to file for her permit, I didn't know I could do it all at the same time?
