BOWP before AOR

Is it possible to apply BOWP before receiving AOR?

I guess BOWP may be Mail application not Online in that case???

Looks like it is possible. But My closed work permit will expire Dec 2014. And I applied PR this month.

May be I can wait for AOR and then apply BOWP.

May be any one can give me some more suggestion.

Yes, for sure. If your application package is complete, then you will receive the AOR way before that and
you will have enough time to apply for the BOWP.

But even so, you can definitely apply without receiving yet your AOR. Just keep in mind you must include in your application a cover/explanation letter declaring all the details.

Hi Fellow Members,

Question for you- If i'm applying for the BOWP without an AOR. Is it a requirement to include an explanation letter? If so are there any sample templates of the explanation letter?
