BOWP - April Applicants

I am working in Canada now.I am applying the BOWP for me and my wife.
My wife is in China now. We plan to apply a visitor visa for her as the PR is not avilable in few months.
My question is how my wife can get the BOWP.
If she came Canada before BOWP approval with only the visotor visa, how could we get her BOWP as she will in Canada at that time?
If she came Canada after the BOWP approval, Where can she get the BOWP from?
If she stay in China and wait for the BOWP, will CIC sent the BOWP to her by mail?

hi guys ... i applied my bowp last april 27th hoping for a good news ... 98 days is crazy

It has been no movement for the last couple of days. It doesn't surprised me if the processing day goes up above 100.

Hopefully to 365 days or 730 days, then everybody will be nude.

its ok for me if they extend it all over ... but the thing is i miss my family my kids back home ..my employer applied also LMIA last february i think until now there is no results..

The processing times are ridiculous!!!
Sooner or later CIC will realize that the right way to apply for the BOWP is at the port of entry.
It is ridiculous to wait more than three months for an officer to check if your pr application is in progress.

Agreed dont know what else they are looking for. ??? ??? ??? If the PR is in process that they should issue the BOWP SMT

Yes... what is find funny is: paper application is 95 days while online application is 99 days...
