BOWP approved but I need a physical permit. Help plz

Hey guys,
I just logged into my CIC and saw that my 1 year BOWP was approved today, but they didnt attach a pdf letter.
I can only see the change of status.

I need a physical work permit to show to different authorities (MSP, extension of my SIN etc.) and I have trouble getting through to them over the phone.

I dont know if they forgot to attach it, or they just never do it.
