BOWP application way longer than processing time

Hi all

I have applied the BOWP online since March 31st (get my AOR like FEB), it has been exceeding the 98 or 99 days for so long already, I called the Call Centre last Friday and they said nothing has started yet, no note, no reason, just not started the application yet. Then they sent a message to the visa office ask why it's taking longer than usual, but it has been couple days already I still couldn't hear anything.

I called the call centre again, they said nothing they can do and nothing I can do. Anything I can do other than just waiting?

Bro Wilson, I am going through the same problem, I have applied on March 12 and still waiting for my permit, the most you can do is contact your local mp because call center is useless.
