My Boss do not know English so how he would be able to provide details My employment

or they will call by one of my own country person / translator

Dont worry there most likely wont be contacted at all. Just make sure your documents have all the required information.

If they do call, it will be someone from your local visa office, thus they will be able to understand of get a translator.
