Good the no.of people coming in has reduced. Monitoring and prevention is easier.

I really donot know why such scums come in to Canada and I hate the administration for having had an open door policy in the past.

I think these guys were here on student visas, not as immigrants. Regardless, I'm with you that the screening process needs to be tightened to make sure that such people are kept firmly out.

My mistake, you are correct. Apparently one was a Palestinian who did immigrate here from Dubai. Neither were citizens.

I am relieved a tragedy was averted and hope this serves as a wake-up call to the authorities to step up their security screening efforts.

I honestly never advocated racial profiling (being asian myself), but it must be brought back, the police must stop and check people who fit their profile I was against this too )

Tough times, call for tough measures and this is absolutely understandable, including tightening of student, business, visitor, spouse and all other type of temp and perm visas
