BOGOTA Office Visa Applicants 2014

Hi Guys!!!

Very good news over here, I received today the SA!! It took 58 days but everything went fine.

so happy!!!!!

Now I have to submit the Quebec application, so hopefully after 1 or 2 weeks we will receive the CSQ and continue with the process like the other provinces!

I updated my dates in the spreadsheet!

By the way lellen, it looks like it is now only you and me in this forum! now you are next!!!

Yes lellen, I currently live in Montreal, so that's why I have to go through the Quebec process, but I sent the documents today July 26 so it will take about 2 weeks so return back with the Certificate of Quebec, and then everything will be moved to Bogota

just one question, how lond did it take from the time they requested the passport to actually deliver it to your wife?

I'm just checking Bogota's time for processing the passport

The day after we received the request we went to the visa office and deliver the passport.
Two days later my wife was receiving it with the Visa. It was very fast.

Also today, MICC (Quebec) received my CSQ application today, July 29th 2014,

now I'm just waiting for the CSQ!

I checked the CIC website today and saw that after my SA on 25/07/2014 I got a new message:

Medical Exams received

that is today 30/07/2014

Went to my bank online and found out Quebec already charged my credit card,

things are moving ok!

My wife just received the AOR from her visa office (Bogota), they sent her a letter that the application was received at the Bogota office

August 7th 2014,

I'm still waiting for my CSQ but I guess it was already received in CIC

Yeah well last night I got SA - for an application I submitted INLAND back in March!!! I later WITHDREW that application (before submitting this one), and every agent on the phone told me that it had been withdrawn. Clearly they have no idea what's going on, I am really worried that they're going to mix up all my files. I am so exhausted with all this. I'm glad you heard from Bogota so soon, I have a feeling your process is going to be smooth and fast, I'm happy for you!

Hi everybody.

I am currently filling all the documents to apply outland and to Quebec.
I would have a few questions:

1. Should we do her medical exam first? how much would it be? or we wait until they ask for it?
2.Whats the exact steps to legalize,translate her colombian documents ? I see I need them to be notarized,legalize?pease help me out !
