Hello All,

It's been 6 days I have submitted webform to VFS after passport request and paid for 2 way courier fees. Still no one has come to pick up the passport. I also went to nearby Bluedart main center and provided with them Airway Bill Number , after checking in their system they said, we haven't got any request yet for this number.

Have anyone experienced this scenario? Any solution for it?
 
I appreciate your response members if anyone has faced through such situation.

I also wanted to know, for the charges I paid for Premium lounge service, will I get any refund for the amount I paid for 2 way courier service?

My parents were told by VFS employee that premium service covers courier and sms charges so you dont need to worry after you get your passport request.

I am in same situation now.. Did they come to pick up? I have sent email to them today..

Yes they picked up yesterday.. 3 weeks is too much.. any blue dart centre near by then
Please go there provide AWB and ask if they have received anything for pick up.. even I sent email to VFS I too did not get response in 24 hours as some said.. but post they picked up I notified vfs so they don’t generate another AWB , for this they acknowledged in within an hour and closed my ticket..

Tried dropping off at blue dart office but refused to take it as their system doesn't reflect the AWB number. Emailed VFS and they say it's been escalated to concerned team and waiting for team response. It's so frustrating. I am from Bangalore.

they need to reset the AWB or make it active. That's annoying.. Sorry to hear..

As so far what I’ve got to know we can just submit passport directly to VFS office.
