Blood relation in Canada

I have my Masi's daughter married in Canada. She's my first cousin from my Mom's side. Will that count as blood relation acc to cic?

In my passport my father name is xyz and in my bother's passport my father is xy ( my brother having PR of Canada). and my father name is abc in his bank account and in other document. I also need some money from my father as a gift deed. where as our mother's name is same in my and my brother's passport.
Can anyone help me how I can prove my relation with my brother so i get blood relation points ?????
